The latest rating for Donald Trump's popularity which is his 'Approved' rating, has fallen to its lowest level since he took office. I'm not terribly surprised. He has been ginning up opposition within his own party for months by insisting on his measures to 'drain the swamp.'

Since those people like Paul Ryan, John McCain, and Bob Corker are the swamp, then it is not surprising that they are resisting to be drained.

There was an article in the Wall Street Journal yesterday that really piqued my interest, and I am preparing an article for Scragged about it. The WSJ article can be found here, since I have co-opted it and made it into a form that I can store on this website. That is a form of literary theft, of which I am guilty a myriad of times. Add one more to my transgressions against that fine Journal.

I have not heard yet about my article on bottled water which was submitted Wednesday of last week. It has no political content, so it does not fit with their editorial style and they may not use it. That is my own opinion, and I have received no information to confirm that.
